Need to raise some additional funds for my mining expansion and figured I would sell a few of these Satori rolls (post fork) that I picked up during the last group buy.

0.15 btc or $1500 PayPal each 0.12 btc or $1000 PayPal per roll

The group buy is public knowledge anyone wanting to know can look it up. 

Someone just needs to point out to the seller they are asking a ridclous price and if they would like to sell they need to start at a more reasonable asking price

Price seems fair given the current lack of available rolls for sale and relatively high demand.  I have ceased selling Satori rolls until the market establishes a firm price.  I most likely HODL my small stash for 3 years minimum at this juncture.

In another thread didnt you say that you recently sold some for $1200?  "Ridiculous" is not for the bystanders to decide. Don't squander a dude's WTS thread for your own agenda. People pay what they pay. Free market, rarity, lack of new releases.  Do you know how collectible markets work?

Not meaning to hijack this thread, but I wonder what a PREFORK roll would go for? Has anyone seen one sell lately?

If you want to know the market price do one of these 2 things:

1)  Auction a roll starting at face without any of your ridiculous rules.  Better yet, have minerjones host the auction for you.

2)  Start your own thread asking "HI Everyone, What do you think the market price of Satori Rolls is?"

Either way, mucking up other's sales threads is not the way to go about figuring it out.

Killyou tax.. it has been explained to you numerous times. If you are selling then you don't get full market, when you are buying you pay an extra vig..

Asking $1000 for one roll is ridicoulousy high in my opinion. After all these chips are assembled in China. Not to mention the poor conditions and the low wages in these chinese factories. It wouldn't surprise me that the private keys have been compromised by an unscrupulpous worker. Integrity breaches already happened, even with well establish coin maker like Smoothie and others...

Also, IMHO, the market is over saturated with the recent group buy which took place when BTC reached the stratosphere...

I would't even buy them at face value...

I live in China and my nephew worked on a production line for Satori coins. So i know what i'm saying.

That being said, i don't care what you think. Also, since it looks as if i'm not welcome here, i'm leaving.

I have always been under the impression that satori coin got materials from china than applied the hologram/assembled themselves in Japan. Regardless, if they did trust them to a bunch of poor factory workers im fairly certain a breach would have occured early on / by now and been documented.. I have not heard of any reports of breached satori coins. Therefore your accusations are baseless as you can apply the same accusations / risk logic to any coin maker because with any physical coin you need to trust someone as they manufacture and fund it.


These rolls were selling at upwards of $2000 on ebay, very few ever sold for < $1000.. my rolls I have cost ~$600 from factory. Current peeled face value ~$200. $1000 doesn't seem crazy.

It is curious: nobody seems able to raise the debate to an interesting level.

So what is the debate about? It's a good product that people love. Said product gets taken out of the production line and as a result the price goes up. Are you a complete newbie not only to this forum but to any type of collecting as well? If yes: Don't spout shit and expect flowers and butterflies in return.

a) really beautifully designed with amazing detail and most importantly
b) have opened up the opportunity to get talking with friends and relatives in a very relaxed way about crypto and Bitcoin
