Because who would use an Hero member account as it is now near impossible to become an Hero member at Bitcointalk? It's obviously that nobody is going to get the promised $450 bonuses, and it's just a ploy to get sign ups to their telegram channel. Once you sign up to their telegram channel, apparently they try to scam you by telling you that you can send them ETH in return for VEN tokens in a "selfdrop": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3343158.msg35003114#msg35003114. Basically, sending them money that you will never see again. They're obviously not the official VEN team, nor is this airdrop official. Whole thread is just to attract more victims to their "airdrop". Never send funds to random people no matter what the purpose is, thinking that they will return with a much larger amount to you. I wouldn't trust this guy to take care of a dead cat.
Also, I'd suggest that if you think he's scamming, leave him a negative trust and don't just rely on DT members to do it.
