Pls check his/her profile. I don't know it's allowed or not. Also he creates posts the false DIWtoken (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2567416.0) and DIGIPHARM (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3336338.msg34893541#msg34893541) bounty thread. I worry it will deceives other members.

However creating fake ANN threads is surely not allowed.
