Just make sure to check off the display button on the stick itself, either off or on makes it show, I forget which right now. I think I had to turn it off to make it show on my pc.

Post by: KuromaYoichi on April 19, 2018, 05:13:18 AM I usually use the chrome extension for the eth wallet and bitcoin wallet but if i want to access erc20 token then i use Myetherwallet to access it. So far i never have problem with the chrome extension so you may want to check the version and the usb cable if you have major problem regarding it.

I like Ledger, and have gotten great support in the past, but they need to up their game. When I bought it, the president of the company helped me out. On a Sunday, no less. Now...?

In the earlier firmware versions, not many coins could be stored so you'd get some weird behavior when trying to install other coins. In the newer firmware versions, there are some areas that are little clunky but the Chrome Extension for the most part makes it easy enough. You can always look at the help that is provided to help get you unstuck.
