Their lot of ICO review websites out there, But most of them are not good at all. ICOBench is a good site and Review the best ICO advisers.
Any don't trust other ratings and do your own research before investing any ICO

Yea, https://icobench.com is pretty good for reviews.But some of them are sponsored(yes), but they only sponsor deserving tokens .-.

For the most real and organic ratings, bitcointalk is the best place.Just make a thread on the concerned token, and people with real experience and knowledge will help you.

r/icocrypto seems to be the most active one.And don't forget to apply common sense too, before investing in any ICO

In my opinion, the best ICO review site is ICObench. This site has many experts there, and they evaluate the ICO through many factors. The above ICO campaigns are most profitable if you invest in an ICO. I have invested and profited from the highly rated campaigns on ICObench. You should refer to this website to be able to choose a potential ICO to invest!

I don't trust any ICO ratings today and it's hard to trust if the reviews were genuine or just paid.

It's part of ICOs marketing to have good reviews so it can be soothing to the potential investors who are looking to invest to their project.

The solution to this is to depend on your own. I'm sure that not all of reviews are paid and created for marketing purposes, if you can find someone who's actually monitoring promising ICOs. Take those points that are serious and real but if you were not, take time to research and make your own assumption.

there are many rating sites available today and you can see reviews from them, but do not trust the reviews directly from them. because there is still a lot of doubt in the rating site, do they give objective appraisals or they just give an appraisal just because of money or just pay?

Icodrops may be nice for an initial overview of active
and upcoming ICOs, but their reviews are a joke.

Just take a look at the one-word reviews for various ICOs:
-LendChain review: " SHORT REVIEW Role of Token: UTILITY"
-Agora review: no review at all
-Tutellus: no review at all
...

They really don´t offer any reviews at all, but as I outlined
above they are viable for a short overview of ICOs.

are you sure if the ico bench is reliable?
in my opinion that is a site that is less valid, many of the projects pay dearly there to get a high rating. and vice versa, there are also low rankings but succeed in the project. so that is not the right benchmark in my opinion

Read below Only greed & corruption drives their fake / paid for ratings, if your ICO project doesn't keep sending them money your ratings will be reduced below 2* When asked to reply on these allegations ICO bench only banned people  & eventually used one of their employees as a scapegoat, haha they have still failed to give valid answers to the ico community.

ICO Bench is reliable for the information on projects I agree, but not for the review or ratings. In fact, I would say all site review and ratings should not be trusted. Like you said, many projects pay. Would you believe a review that is paid? I would never. And I know they are all paid. Even those independent reviews are from bounty hunters, who obviously want to say good things about their project.

Even me, if I support a project, I obviously say good things about it. You should not take my word about what I say. And do the research on your own.

I mostly follow ICOBench for basic infos,On ICOBench don't go with most positive reviews ICOs because there are many SPAM rating are available. Just
read reviews and if you know experts who dropped review on any ICO than only follow that particular ICO else move on.
There are many other sites like ICOholder and many other already mention above.

There are many sites that are good for ico review but you should not rely only on their ratings because most of them do not really worth the rating. You should always to your own research. You can use icobench, tokenicide, cryptocreed.

after there were issues that the ICO rating could be purchased, I was hesitant to believe that.
everyone agreed that the ico bench was very professional, but I didn't want to speculate and believe it 100%.

Do they carry much weight these days?

ICO bench is the most popular of them all but after checking all their ratings for more than a year, they are not a very good site to depend on. Almost all of the ICO rating site gives close to their highest like if it's 10, they always give 8 to 9 to most of the ICOs.

Popularity is gained because of reputation and of course good marketing. But we must wisen up now. All of these ratings as mentioned are paid for,,, it does not mean we have to stop doing our own research -- this is the main fundamental for investment. Which is why I think, it is impossible to have a BIG portfolio, because we can only have so much time to spend for research and true support. We have to learn from this bear market. Good ratings does not mean high price.

High price also does not mean good project. We must now treat the crypto and token economy with more respect and support only the few to keep them strong.

Those wed sites that are generally rated well or they are paid to evaluate it well, I honestly do not believe in those reviews.

I do prefer icorating and icobench as most of the projects rated by them positive are doing well. I will advise you to used them and make investments decision as many of them are giving fake rating.  

I agree with you that most ICO ratings are less self-conscious in taking ICO projects, including in their site ratings so we also fall into losses because they follow their rating rankings in search of the best ICO

I usually use ICODROPS , I used to use ICObench before but after a while I found it naive , they say they rank ICOs by experts by I think they are bunch of newbies!
Icodrops has a good reputation and if you see its ranking history you will see how many of their predictions have become true , Of course nothing is 100% guarantee in ICO markets but you will get a good sight when you see that website and its rankings.

No because some of it are just being paid and they just base their ratings on a basic info that somehow don't help either the investors. Maybe you can use it as a guide and just do your own research before jumping on it. Still nothing beats digging information in the internet especially now that it's just one click away.

I often go to some ICO review page such as: Icobench or icodrop to track the score of some ICO project with i want to investigate. But these score only for my reference, because when i decide to join any ICO project, i usually check many things about it: technology, team, community, website... Please remember, these page only for reference when choose the ICO project.

When checking the most Ico's I always look forward on icorating. Agree, many of them has a fake rating we can research which is best Ico sites to do some investigation.

Ive used to trust ICObench on my newbie days but when I do find out already about their issues then I do lose trust in all review sites.

Fake ones cant really be avoided this is why if you do make some preference you should always tied it up with proper research and justification.

I usually go to this site icodrops.com. It's really useful to me, every time I look at a project, as well as looking for potential bounty.
