The normal active chat pay rate of 100 satoshi / 10 seconds gets bumped up to 1000 during that 2 hour window and I saw it increase even more as "happy hour" went on. It went from 1000 satoshi / 10 seconds to 1337 to 2000 the closer to the end of the period it got. There are also trivia questions for bonus BTC as well.
