Title: Crypto Tax and Regulations Post by: The Crypto Peasant on April 20, 2018, 02:41:09 AM Hello all
I personally reside in Australia and know the tax and regulation laws here in Australia. With the scene changing every so often i was interested in hearing from people in other locations on their experience with Tax/Regulations in their country. I have been looking to move to Singapore as i love the place and also 0% capitap gains tax to my understanding. What countrys apeal to you for not only tax purposes but way of life? I've often wondered if you're still taxed on crypto if you're using a VPS in a foreign country. Like if you're simply tunneling into a machine located in a different country, and on that machine is where you log into your exchange and where your private keys are, etc. I guess that could count as an off-shore business? But getting back on point, it looks to me though, as Switzerland is one of the best options. It's not a scary 3rd world country, but it also has no capital gains tax.
