search the forum for IBB (islamic bank of bitcoin).... they do BTC loans, and i believe it is interest free.

i already asked and he said he didnt have any btc to loan atm

Yeah, I wouldn't think for 15BTC, maybe 5.

IBB has been granting a lot of loans lately, so it wouldn't surprise me. You'd have to wait until some of them get paid back.
