He is posting in the CREDITS ANN thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2401248.0) what looks like news messages. However under the news images he hides links to his commercial, unrelated website radikal.ru. This is not allowed. I know I can report those messages to the moderator, which I have done, but all that happens is that the post is removed, and an hour later the member places again another image with commercial reference link.
