I dont know about the Cryptonex staking specifically, but I assume it follows the same path as the regular staking, you are holding their tokens in their wallet and for this you receive "interests" in the form of their tokens.

I have downloaded desktop wallet and withdraw coins into the desktop wallet. But when i am hovering my cursor on stake icon it is showing me tool tip with information "not staking because you don't have mature coins".

What is a mature coins exactly?

Your tokens are not "mature"/old enough. Keep your wallet open (only for staking) so they will be able to mature. Its a normal thing in staking.

You might want to check this bitcointalk post (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2867178.0) about how long you would have to wait till your coins mature. I've never used this particular coin, but it seems that the waiting time is inversely proportional to the amount of coins you currently own. Hope this helps.
