Title: Big Mike presents: The Blue Velvet Casino "Big Mike Easter EGG: Deposit Bonus"
Post by: www.bluevec.co on November 17, 2013, 04:06:47 AM
Hey goons!

Big Mike here
, the owner of

http://www.bluevec.co/images/logothreads.png
www.bluevec.co

, the latest and greatest Bitcoin casino.

http://www.bluevec.co/images/mikethread.png

I went all out to bring you the best games around including Roulette, Blackjack, over 10 Slot Machines and a whole lot more games that give you the chance to win big!

If you're a skilled gambler you can rise up in the rankings, beat your opponents, and become a Blue Velvet Boss, just like me.
Maybe we'll even celebrate with a drink of my 40 year-old Rye Whiskey.

Here's how it works:
At Blue Velvet Casino we use Blue Velvet Credits, or BVC's for short, to play games.
You exchange your Bitcoins for BVC's and can start playing as soon as the transaction is confimed.
You later can exchange your BVC's back to BTC if you withdraw from the site.

While playing, you can also win what we in the business call "Rallys."
A Rally is a competition between players to see who can earn the most Rally Points.
You earn Rally Points by playing games that are currently participating in a Rally.
The more Rally Points you earn, the bigger the pool of  BVC's  you can win at the end of the Rally.

Like to run your yapper?
Leave a message in the Shoutbox. Go ahead and take some free BBVC's while you're at it!
Every hour you can earn 10k free BBVC's for a post in the Shoutbox right on the main page!

Become a registered member of Blue Velvet and use your Referral link to invite friends.
You'll earn 1% of your friend's bets.
That's right, 1% of their bets goes right into your Blue Velvet account as BBVC's.
It doesn't matter if they win or lose!
Also you get an bonus of 125.000 BBVC's if your Ref has made 1AP.

What can I say? I like ya kid. For a limited time, you'll be able to buy shares of my Casino.
You get a dividend from our earnings in the form of BVC's, or you can trade your shares with other users.
There's a restricted amount of shares, so don't hesitate or you'll miss out!

Additionally, whenever you play you will automatically earn ActivePoints (AP).
Once you've earned 1 AP you'll receive a bonus of 125,000 BBVC's.

Did we mention the Global Jackpot? All you need to do is play any of the games at Blue Velvet for a chance to win the Global Jackpot.

Now get gambling before we ice ya and haul you off in a meat wagon!

Make a deposit with a min. amount of 0.1 BTC and get 500.000 Bonus Coins for free! Take your Chance Its a limit offer until 4/22/2014

The Boss,
Big Mike

100 million.

You get 10k BBVC, the difference is that you have to bet it (rollover) before it comes withdraw-able BVC.

Cause we use our own currency on the site we are the provider, and cause we use our own sricpts we are the software provider. Logical, huh ?

But anyway, if you want to discuss some points that are not clear to you, feel free to ask.

The terms are manmade, so therefore it can happen that there are mistakes (english is not our native) . If you found some, please inform us.

We have read them, but i think you have not.

Nice touch removing the context.

Anyway, from your terms:

Quote
Payment Provider
A third party payment processing company;

...

3.3 You do not own the Software. The Software is owned and is the exclusive property of the licensor, a third party software provider company (the "Software Provider"). The Software and accompanying documentation which have been licensed to us are proprietary products of the Software Provider

And your earlier reply:

We are the software provider and also the payment provider.

Cause we use our own currency on the site we are the provider, and cause we use our own sricpts we are the software provider. Logical, huh ?

So, no, a third party payment processing company doesn't imply in any way that you are your own payment provider. A third party software provider which licenses their software doesn't imply you being the software provider in any way, too.

I also couldn't find any hint about this being provably fair, care to add this section too ?

You are right there is missing an "or", thx for the adivce. :)

You can't find anything from this provably fair stuff. We think that is bullshit (i don't mean to BE "provably fair" is bullshit, but that sigils and so on are bullshit) . If the casino provider wants to scamm you he does, whatever logos, so called "proofs", sigils, or whatever he has on his site.
The user NEVER has a chance to REALLY KNOW if the provider is cheating or will scamm you when you try to withdraw, so therefore all this stuff is rubbish.

So whenever you say "third party" you mean "ourselves" ? That's the only those terms can make sense.

The user does have a chance to know if the results are manipulated or not, when provably fair is involved. You might want to be friends with bitwincasino, as the guy behind it is just as clueless about this matter.

As i said, because we are more than one involed person, we thought it were more exact to say "third party", because some of us have their own companys and we use stuff from each other.

But yes, you were right, it wa smaybe a bad idea to do it that way. Maybe we will change that in the future.

No they have no chance. Maybe they have a chance that the games themselve are not cheating, but they have no chance to know if the provider is scamming/cheating in general. What is (as EXAMPLE) a "provably fair" logo worth if the provider is a scammer and don't let you withdraw ? Nothin !

That was my point.

So, we decide to not put any of those things (sigils and so on) on the site, cause in the end they do nothin more as to lull sb. into a (false) sense of safety. As i said, if the provider wants to scamm, he does. period.

-------------------------

What is goin on with that Bitwincasino ?

No payout neither to players, nor to investors. No response to any request. Casino down for a while, seems down forever.
The person, who collected the btc says he isn't responsible anymore, it's told the owner has bone cancer and maybe isn't alive anymore.
Dumped something about 5 BTC for shares.
Anyone else around here, who is waiting for anything regarding to this casino?

I am also a victim of Blue Velvet Casino.
It all started with an investment offered by the user Polarstorm here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=179885.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=179885.0) . As anyone can read, I have invested 7.5 btc here. After expiration, no profit (only blabla of Polarstorm) was found on the last page of the thread. Paid should be in Cash -Euro now, but I wanted to back btc. Polarstorm offered to invest the entire amount (7.5 btc) into an online Bitcoin casino, which would soon open. I liked this thought and so I told him. My assets were converted into so-called "shares", and there were also weekly payouts, depending on the casino's profit. When I had a nice win, I also played in the casino, and I wanted to pay out some bitcoins, this was not possible through the payout function. On demand, why I do not get a part of my profit, I received the answer that I had manipulated the Casino, and I was even expelled. Any attempts to at least get my investment back failed. No Answer. I could have had a small fortune today, but I've been scammed as usual.
