This could easily end up to be the virus or some harmfull software that you provided above. Seems theres no website/ github page and it smells fishy to be honest. I use this program more 1 year and dont have a problem and it a very easy way to automatically change mac. Some softwares/people in your network can use your MAC address to identify your device or track you.
