The so called Bitto manager is not a trustworthy fellow. No escrow has been provided and neither did he make payments on the previous campaigns he handled to the participants. People should avoid him!

OP, you will need to arrange for a third party neutral Escrow. Already one signature campaign scammed its participants since there was no Escrow. I think participants should first wait for Escrow before diving in.

I have a concern for OP please hire a middleman or escrow your fund,
I didn't say any negative to your company that you managing much better to have a escrow fund.
For participants risk and same as yours as manager here.

Mate, previously he managed the campaign called Tip token and I am part of that campaign as a participant. It went cool and payment confirmation notified on thread in 17 hours. I will confirm once receive. I hope that is enough to trust the person.
I am able to understand the scam act of Bitplay by pausing the campaign.

This is manager seems perfect person in managing the campaign. Hope he may also reply you on this thread. Good day...

It's not about trusting the campaign manager. It is about the guarantee of payments. What if the project doesn't provide him the payment, then what will he do? These risks can become very costly for both the manager and participants. I will suggest manager to secure an Escrow service as soon as possible. It is just his second campaign. I am sure he wouldn't want to get a negative rating in the start itself.

Well after I waited for 40+ hours I am withdrawing my application (removing signature). I can't believe such people really exist on earth. He sets fine payment rates and disappears in flash. That is a problem nowadays, good managers like the one we all know them are left with few or no campaign running at all. These things are bound to happen when people without experience start this kind of threads, experience is the number one factor to consider when selecting a signature campaign manager in my opinion.

This manager is not being sincere and does not keep to his words. For over two days going out now, he has not made payments for the last week of his first campaign, and here, he has been making promises and nothing done yet. If he doesn't provide the spreadsheet soon, I will remove the signature.

I think burst posting are not good idea to got paid has a possible also to make unsubstantial post and your account is in trouble.
i suggest to the manager to moving on also the weekly deadline task if the campaign start immediately.

something needs to be done to put an end to this free advertisement scheme !

And in my opinion, I also say the blame should be on us because we clearly knew very little about the OP in managing sig campaigns

but still went on to apply when we should have asked for an escrow first then secondly wait for the selection process but we ignored all that, maybe its time certain conditions be given to become a campaign manager to prevent such from happening!

Ridiculous! We are waiting for days to find out who will be accepted into the campaign and in the end the manager just inform us that campaign is paused.

The campaign hasn't even started yet it's already paused - and the campaign manager didn't even give a good reason why. He didn't even fulfill his word of updating the spreadsheet or let us know who the accepted participants are within 24 hours as he has promised, then comes around only days after. Wearing the signature shouldn't have been a requirement in applying if he wasn't planning on announcing the participants immediately as he had said.

His other campaign has problems with payment too. Lot of red flags here. It's a good thing thing it hasn't even started otherwise we might encounter even more problems.

LOL, another fail campaign. I told you guys to wait for Escrow, but no. Some of you behave like you haven't eaten for months. Like hungry lions spotting a deer!! Got the poor guy red painted, who was dreaming to become next Yahoo!!

You have to understand that a campaign which can not pay for an Escrow service and a manager which doesn't care about getting funds escrowed before the start of the campaign, can't really be trusted.

And even the signature is not right. Don't know who made it. In Hero member signature, just see where the "BITTO" leads to.

I am not against new campaign managers popping up. Frankly speaking if you can get more work, more good projects to Bitcointalk, then why not. All you have to ensure is anti-spam measures, some research on the project, clear and complete information and most importantly funds escrowed. Of course, there are more things, which you can learn during the course of your campaign management. But if you can't fulfill even the basic requirements of a campaign manager, then I guess no one can save you.
