In precedenza erano stati fatti blocchi per bonifici da/verso exchange?

Non permette di ricevere direttamente e convertire crypto in valuta FIAT, ma non pone il minimo ostacolo a poter ricevere e inviare denaro da e verso le piattaforme tipo Kraken.
Prima invece Leupay non permetteva questo e in molti si sono visti chiudere il proprio conto.

Prima del 29 Marzo 2018 Leupay non gradiva molto di ricevere e inviare denaro da e verso gli exchanger, tanto che in molti si sono visti chiudere il proprio conto per tale motivo.

adesso tutto è cryptofriendly

Mi dispiace, ma sono ancora poche le banche crypto-friendly. Da questo punto di vista c'è ancora tanto da lavorare.
