I've just finished creating a anonymous bitcoin app for android

Here you can view the latest prices for bitcoin in 16 different currencies

Notifications of the price are also sent to the status bar.
Forum added to discuss anything and everything about bitcoin.
Private message other users
All users are anonymous, no data is collected from this app as each user name is a id number instead.
No advertising in this app

To assist a greater take up among Bitcoin users you may wish to explain in the app description why the app need to 'Read phone call status and identity'.

The currency facility is most useful addition.

Basically the 'Read phone call status and identity' permission is needed to read the identification of the phone which is just a long set of numbers and characters and looks a bit like a bitcoin address.

All this is used for is to send out a notification to the phone for the price updates in the status bar, without this the notification cannot be sent to the users phone.

No other data is stored except a made up id number and the code for the phone to send the notification.

Everything is anonymous, I cannot tell who you are or even what phone you have by the phone's identity, it's just so the notification can be sent your device.
