Well it looks like BTC-E is having some serious problems.  :-\

Doesn't really seem like a DDoS.  :-[

Down for me too. Probably being DDosed. Give them a few hourd or days. I trust them.

I can't access the website.  Are they under DdOS?

Yes CloudFlare server writes that BTC-E available.

Moreover, in contact with different gateways (eg, via London and Frankfurt through) the same way - not available.
So the problem with the servers or channels to exchange data center where they are placed. And that's not all. 20 minutes before the fall of BTC-E momentary drop Bitstamp (and twice) and parallel to any outages and slow by BTC-China. Very similar to the coordinated and very powerful attack on critical infrastructure of the BTC as a whole, and not some something konketnoy Exchange. And then a strange "coincidence" just today in the U.S. Senate to consider a question about Bitcoin will discuss ... PS While writing a message Bitstamp formed the third time ...

all is good and back up, I even had a transfer of some BTC in progress when it went down and it showed up as expected

lol yes but that may have started right before they went down.  No worries though China is still buying by the dozen.
