You only need to be online and up-to-date to send Bitcoins. (Actually you can even have an Bitcoin address+private key on a piece of paper and it's able to receive Bitcoins.) Do you mean sell?It's quite a small amount to sell; the easiest way would be via localbitcoins.com, and find someone who lives very near to you who wants to buy it.
