Need to make decision today. I am aware of hyperledger background composer and can able to support the back end process in solidity programming. If you need the back end executive to work on ethereum blockchain and deploy in on truffle. Then I am not big familer with the react.js however able to perform the action on node.js with the npm installation libraries on CMD. If I can help you project. Please do pm to me.
