Have you created a ticket in btc-e? If you still not receive any response I guess its time to post on scam accusations section.

I would like to say that this is not a way to do business. I also had a hard time and never did get my account confirmed because their response was they do not work with att.net email accounts. Of course this was after they accepted my bitcoins.
