Overtime, each department will have sub departments based on what needs attention where. If I have missed out on any, please hit me up. Positions shall be filled out based on below 

1. Have necessary skills & experience in the area you are applying for, not just anyone can apply. 
2. Have some available time to put into the project, be available for at the least 90% of team meetings 
3. Be prepared to take part in KYD 
4. Know that your time and work shall be rewarded based on a reasonable payment framework that we are yet to establish.

This is a quick announcement and update on what is happening and where we are with REL

1. As we set out to save the community from Fornix and swap to REL, we relied on the community for support and funding out of which we had the REL blockchain and wallets developed, listing on CB paid for and MNO listing fees. 

2. As time went on, we realised there was an issue with the existing REL chain and wallet and this would require us to swap again into a wallet that is based of the PiVX codebase, something we could not do in the first place due to lack of funds, however, we felt that the community that REL had been building would be in a position to help us. 
3. The DEX had to be put on hold after the EoS flaws were discovered, and can only resume after the EoS flaws are addressed by the EoS team. 
4. Crowdsourcing platform, we had developers for this, but, with the falling prices of REL, they opted to be paid in BTC and not REL again leaving us in a predicament considering all the funds within REL and community generated 

Where does this leave us now 

1. In order to move forwards a swap needs to be done, costs for this are at 0.5BTC SWAP/FORK cost at CB which you can verify here - https://crypto-bridge.org/addcoin.php Dev charges - 0.1BTC (he has been really generous and knows the mistake was at his end and agreed to fork at a minimal rate) TOTAL - 0.6BTC 

2. DEX - Still waiting on EoS, but, this will also require funds in the future which will need to be discussed within the community 3. Crowdsourcing - Cost 0.5 - 1 BTC depending on the complexity and integrations of the webapp with the REL blockchain. 

We do have some volunteers to develop the platform, however this takes us back to point 1 on the swap still being an issue. 

Okay boys and girls, here's a giveaway, but one where we need something from you in return 

Based on the number of thumbs up I got in the #general channel to get a bit of funding our way, I decided to organize a "little" giveaway. 

As you are aware, we currently need to come up with 0.5BTC just to be able to fork on CB and move forward. This giveaway will last 2 weeks from the date of this post (=> 5th September, unless we reach 0.5 BTC earlier) .

The REL come from both my stash and @Soj's (50/50), so not from the premine, these are our hard earned coins we're putting up for grabs for the good of the coin so we can get things going. Amounts are not cumulative. For example, if after 2 weeks, we have 0.22 BTC, I will draw one lucky winner for 20000 REL at random using an online random picker.

Rules: 
1. You must donate at least 0.01 BTC (or more) which currently amounts to about 64$ to the BTC donation address given by @Soj in the annoucement channel a while back to enter the giveaway 
2. Every 0.01 counts as one entry. So if you send for example 0.03, you'll have 3 chances to win. But 0.011 still counts as 1. 
3. Once you sent your BTC to the above address, dm me with the amount you sent, the TXID, your discord name and a REL address to send the gains should you win, so I can keep track for the draw
