I read the white paper. Tried to find the idea of ​​the project. It was written that 90 percent is over. But, in white paper very little specifics. A lot of thoughts of universal scale. I would like to see something that is not in other projects. Like, and the team is cool and all that sort of thing. What is the revenue you estimate to have at the start of the project? Or will obviously depend on many factors, but you will surely have a rough idea.

According to our roadmap, within 90 days after
the ICO will be launching two dapps.

(1) Dollar Token Minting DApp
(2) ETH/USD Trading DApp

What these two dapps will do, is to enable the
trading of ETH/USD trading pair on the ethereum
blockchain. This capability currently does not
exist. Lets's look at some numbers.

The ETH/USD pair according to coinmarketcap has
a daily trading volume of over $3bn. If we assume
that 1% to 10% of this trade comes home (to the
ethereum blockchain), we are looking at a daily
turnover of between $3 to $30 million USD.

The way our customer loyalty program works is that
users get a chuck of our commission. At 0.15%
flat rate, the commission revenue for this particular
dapp is estimated to be between $4,500 to $45,000
daily.

How would you rank in the CoinMarketCap website if you had 1% of the daily ETH/USD volume? And 10%? I'm basically asking so I can see who your competitors will be in those volume ranges.

my understanding of coinmarketcap ranking is that it has to do with market capitalization. our token (ticker TOC) is
been priced at 0.15 cents at ICO. Our intent is to get to $1 within 24 months. We have to focus on execution and
that should reflect on market price and ranking on coinmarketcap.

Right now we are not so much worried about competition since the market is so big (global financial services and products).
ETH/USD is important, but it is just one of many. If we focus of speedy execution, we should be okay.

Looks like they have an MVP ready for action. Token Changer is a platform for decentralized financial applications or DAPPs in short.
They don't really solve a pain for the consumer, but they are aiming to become a marketplace of DAPPs for financial applications that should be easy to use.

We can say that this ICO isn't something extraordinary or revolutionary but it will certainly bring a marketplace that is user-friendly, and from our own experience we know that some of them might be a real pain in the rear.

Is TOC the only token which is available on Token Changer platform ?

There are currently two native tokens on the Token Changer platform: the TOC and Block Points.

Can you please describe both the tokens ?

The TOC is a market-traded token of which 20% of the total mint is held in reserve to reward market makers on the Token Changer platform. Another 30% of the total mint is sold to during an initial coin offering (ICO).

Because the TOC is market traded, that means its price moves up and down. We needed a non-tradable token to allocate rewards to market makers in a predictable way. And this is the purpose of Block Points.

Block Points is a non-tradable, non-transferable native token which is given to platform users that play market making roles in DApps.

Where can I buy TOC token from ?

Safety first. The only place to buy TOC tokens is on the ICO DApp on our website.

What are dollar futures? I can make a contract with someone to agree on a certain value of the dollar in the future? Against what is that measured?

Q1.Whats the Financial structure for this project?

The total amount of Token Changer tokens called the TOC to be ever minted is one billion tokens priced at 0.15 USD per TOC. One percent (1%) of this total is been offered in private placement deals. Two percent (2%) of this total is been offered in a presale and another twenty seven (27%) percent is been offered in the main sale.

I can see that there is a huge discount for early bird stage and Pre Sale stage. I have observed that when this happens,  when the token gets listed on exchange the prices go down.

we understand your concern here. But the initial discounts is for investors who invest before others. They are the early adopters for us and will rightly benefit from the initial discounts. Also, since they are the ones who trust us more than the other investors, the chances of them staying with us are higher and we think of them as long-term investors.

An alarm clock sends scheduled alerts to the blockchain server.

The blockchain will change how we create, trade and transfer money. The total market for money creation (stable tokens) is all the money in the world — $90 trillion. The daily volume for spot forex transactions is $1.6 trillion. Global money remittances was worth $575 billion in 2016.

 I'm sorry for asking too many questions. I just want to make sure I'm investing in the right ICO. Why is the team size so small? How are things managed?   

I think so too, but you can check their credentials as mentioned on the website. In my honest opinion, it looks like the team has boot strapped till now, so the number of members are less; which is acceptable. The good thing is that they have KYCed on ICO Bench and the Advisors' profiles also look good. I'm sure they'll hire more talent (mentioned in the financial structure)

We do but it’s not just our own. Depending on the financial product or service, we build DApps in two ways. On our own and in partnership with financial organisations.

What are Token Networks?

Token Network (TN) are defined as a group of actors whose adoption of a Token Changer native token amplifies the economic utility of the token for all actors within the group. Depending on the purpose of the token, this group of actors can come in many configurations.

Haha sure.. Air Miles is an example of an off-chain artefact that has similarities to a Token Network. The early adoption of Air Miles by important group actors (airlines) increased the utility value of Air Miles (equivalent to a blockchain token) for another set of actors (consumers) within the group. The adoption of Air Miles by consumers once again increased the utility value of Air Miles for merchants outside the airline industry. Token network will be working in a similar fashion.

Currently both exchange types support transactions having two attributes: quantity and price. But buying, selling, giving or receiving value is more complicated than this. The basic condition for convergence is that money creation, trading and transfer must be a seamless experience for the end user. This means that these three activities must happen on the same blockchain.

Bitshares currently offers the best possible condition for convergence. With its graphene blockchain, smart coins and decentralized asset exchange. Start-ups like bitspark are adding the transfer component.

So why would anyone opt for Token Changer if Bitshares is already existing and stable ?

#1. more flexible design -you can create a wide variety of stable tokens
#2. simpler process- you do not need to understand CFD(contracts for difference) to create tokens. Minters buy and sell stable tokens
#3. we are implementing on ethereum, which has the highest number of tokens in circulation. So, stable tokens have
more utility (initially) since they can be used on-chain for trading- example ETH/USD

Hence you keep 50% for yourself? That wouldn't really be great news I personally think. So many tokens in the hand of one entity isn't an attractive investment.

How's the ICO going? Did you reached your hard cap, when will this token be added on an exchange, i'm so excited to try the trading and we'll see how's this one going, a lot of investors have joined the ICO and it will be sure that there will be a dump during the early trading days.
