Title: bitstamp blocked by incapsula network from UK
Post by: m1bxd on November 19, 2013, 03:34:13 PM
Hi,

Is anyone else having similar problems.

I've googled this company and it's supposed to help companies not cripple them!

Are bitstamp being DDOS'd?

Cheers Mx

Interesting, even though I live in a different country, not in the UK, I also can't open Bitstamp. I don't have any money there so it's okay, but...weird.

They're being DDoSed.  I feel bad for them.  Someone must have lost lots of dough in a bad trade and is venting it at bitstamp. :P

Was that the front page of bitstamp?  did they get hacked or ddos?  I thought they had ddos protection.

So now the only exchange that hasn't been successfully DDOS attacked is mcxnow, and they don't trade fiat.

Great... Where do I buy from now.

I don't know if their outage problems have anything to do with their last update:  https://twitter.com/Bitstamp

Hi All,

Strange thing happened when I got back to home, just now.

I refreshed my page where I was logged in before I went to out and it worked as though nothing had happened.

That would lead me to think it was all to do with front-end balancing and back-end, all was actually well today @bitstamp

Cheers MX

More issues this morning unfortunately.

You've requested a page that currently is on the Incapsula network.
Incapsula was unable to connect to the server.

Out of interest, does anyone know how long it takes Bitstamp to verify an account? Discovered at the weekend this was a requirement to deposit (yeah, I'm behind).

Yup monkey business again.

I put my AML details in when it was quiet, a couple of days, but ATM, your milage may vary etc.

Good Luck,
