The document notes that the lack of a mechanism to establish the owners of cryptocurrencies and persons responsible for the operation of digital financial asset systems will not allow to counter the criminalization of this sphere and the use of these assets for illegal purposes, as well as to protect the relevant property rights.
2. A special place in the Government's opinion is given to the subject of taxes and fees, as well as accounting. Since these issues are not regulated, it is necessary to make appropriate changes to the legislation.
There is still a lot of interesting news, on the basis of which, I think that by introducing this bill, they do not just legalize the cryptocurrency, but lead taxes on it, and will seek to take this sphere to their hands.
So I think that the bill, which many are happy, does not constitute anything useful. If the Russian authorities do make this bill normal, then it will only give Russian citizens peace of mind.
