I will be doing an experimental run first with: Organic Raisins Granulated Sugar Distillers Yeast Ammonium Phosphate (Yeast food) Urea (Yeast food) Amylase Enzyme Formula (Turns Starches into Sugars) 1 Gallon Jug + Fermenting Top Potassium Metabisulfite (Halts Fermentation when you want it to be done) Isinglass (To make everything solid fall to the bottom before siphoning) Then 8oz of Granulated Honey to put in when I am done and some Lemon Grass.
