As the first question had been addressed that startups will be helped in the development & marketing and as for the question "what does the Sparta ecosystem want or get in return after giving the startup 1M SPARTA tokens?" The 1M Sparta token is given for free and in return the startup must use or integrate Sparta Token in their project.

I can see that SPARTA has a unique concept of ICO project. It covers 300 ideas,projects & startups. I never seen the concept like this. I hope 300 ideas,projects & startups can be reached.  :)
