You wont be able to find a script to give you anything close to binance. This will require millions of dollars and huge development teams to be able to create something like this.

You will probably find a very basic script to be able to start a very very low level basic exchange. Nothing close to anything resembling binance though

You cant create an "exchange like binance" with download a script. Lol. It's not that easy. You need budget, you need license, you need security experts to check for vulnerabilities in the system, you need to hire coders and developers, you need expensive server systems to host coins daemons like bitcoind and many more. Even if you manage to find a good open-source code and fix most of the bugs and add translations, after a long time you will be bored doing that.
Think that an exchange platform is a business with millions of daily trading volume. You can't just risk user funds on random scripts you found on the internet.

Binance was not created over night. It took them months and perhaps years of planning to come up with a good exchange site and yet you want a Binance looking exchange site that you can download like a movie. It doesn't work that way. Another factor to consider in investing in this kind of sites is site security.

Making a site like Binance is good, but it will be more better if you make an exchange which has something different to offer. The mistake most exchanges makes is copying the structure of another exchange without bothering to input another facility that might give a user something different that he or she hasn't know or used before. Even if you will be using Binance script, put something better.

Time has passed and OP is inactive but if you still read this, I suggest you to not download anything nor install on website. Someone was selling dice script here and buyers lost all of their bitcoins from their hot wallets because of special bug from creator.
You just can't ask it so simply because we don't know what's your strategy and believe me, you can't do this job so easily if you want script similar of binance.
Firstly you need a group of developers which will take care of your website's and wallet's security everytime, they have to work on servers technical resources,  daily database backups, everytime in searching and fixing of bugs and etc. Remember, you have to keep customers secure and such business requires a lot of money.

Go to Fiverr, there are many scripts like binance starting at 35 dollars. It is simple php script, you just need a server, also could be found on fiverr price is around 5 dollars per month. :D :D :D

That's fine if you don't care about security or experience. My team has been building exchanges for over two years. Our projects are of much better quality than what you'll find on any freelancer site.

It's dangerous that people who expect to hold millions in user funds think they can safely do it with some script they paid nothing for. Security takes experience, which costs money.

Also, PHP is a horrible language to build an exchange in.

And in what language / platform is it better to write the program code of the exchange?

I agree with you, except for your last point.

PHP has come a long way from what it once was (PHP5 bleh). Every language obviously has pros and cons, but with PHP 7 things are getting better. PHP is an OK language to build an exchange in, just as Python, Ruby, etc are. It's up to the developers and where their skill sets/reservations lie.

@OP, if you're not willing to spent more than $1000, don't open an exchange. It's not something you can open overnight with a script. It's irresponsible, as you're essentially opening yourself up to backdoors.

Good luck with this. I actually started developing on fiverr, but I'd recommend being careful when taking this approach. If you do, be sure to have your code quality tested to ensure it's safety.

Remember, being an exchange you are a high target (I wish I could bold that more). If you aren't willing to invest a good portion of funds, I wouldn't recommend even creating an exchange in the first place.

many people just thinking open exchange is just need to spend $500 -1000 is enough. thats a bullshit. get in hand $200k and start thinking to develop and starting promote your exchange.

If you want to create a new Cryptocurrency Exchange Software like binance then you have to hire a full list of professionals who have years of experience in working in this relevant field. You would have to make research and you must also have the proper fund to create your own exchange software.
