you should recognize the shape of bitcoin, for example is the mode of fraud by phishing, you better avoid this pishing scam by not opening suspicious links. or if the link asks for your wallet address, then you better move away from that link.

rather than cheater, i think it is a scammer and hacker. you should pay attention to the address you paste.
when you are about to send bitcoins to other address, make sure when you paste, that is the address that you want.

The best thing you can do is not be stupid enough to trust every guy with a website. Many people are tricked into believing that, that guy has a website, so he must be telling the truth. Anybody with a internet connection can possess a website.

You should be very precise when it comes to transactions you make. Check the address several times. And make sure your pc is under virus protection, use only well-known and certified bitcoin-connected sites (exchanges)
