The one I used to use was NiceHash, but they've since stopped supporting my hardware, an NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 and an AMD Athlon II X2 220. The second issue I need help with is how to spend how much I earn from mining on Amazon without using Purse.io (because from what I've heard, Purse.io is not trustworthy at all.)

On the miner question - you should start a thread in the Mining Support board on this forum, the good people there don't often cruise the Beginners board and most of the beginners can't give you the expert opinion you need to make your mining machining buying decisions. On the Amazon spend question - You need to go through the company IPayYou as a conduit to use Bitcoin with Amazon Direct.
