Wow, he has 28 bitcointalk accounts! Don't think it is against forum rules but using them in that sense must be a breach. I am wondering if it's better or worse than farming and selling accounts (probably worse)

Any particular reason why you're not posting from your real account?

Good afternoon, gentlemen. my name is Roman, I represent the interests of the project Bit Hunters (http://bithunters.ru). It is a community of active participants of bounty campaigns. My proposal to this person, who I wrote to btcltcdigger  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=228301) account was that I wanted to prematurely agree on the terms of participation in his bounty project (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3407371.msg35933295#msg35933295).

My people are engaged in activities on their own initiative and collective interaction. none of the project participants has no right to violate the rules of this forum to abuse the trust, to spam, to write or advertise prohibited items. we only Express our personal opinion and ask specific questions about the project.

The Prosecutor can write from his account, none of our team is not going to put him a negative trust. The project is interested to understand the situation, understand the motives of this member and solve the problem without conflict situations.

Good day to all! :) :)

Seriously?

You explicitly state that:
Quote
I can offer you maintaining in the top of your thread Announced. This is done to ensure that as many visitors to the forum paid attention to your project [redacted] and was visually a kind of stormy activity and popularity within the project

Translation for those who don't speak "Google Translate":
Quote
I can offer to keep your thread at the top of the Announcements board. This is done to ensure that as many visitors to the forum as possible will see your project and will help create hype and the illusion of popularity of your project

That is the VERY definition of thread bumping... ::)

Also, your PM is dated 4 days BEFORE the thread you have linked to was created? ???

Your PM to btcltcdigger sounds like thread bumping though, as HCP pointed out. You're explicitly saying that you will keep the thread at the top, which is circumventing the rule of one bump per 24 hours.

Figured i needed it for Jr Member so i can post pictures on threads like these as proof.

Later i figured i don't need it for Jr. Member, but couldn't undo it
