I also did a write-up about it here if you want the skinny before you check them out:

You're laboring under the assumption that I'm doing nothing but listening to the radio over the phone for hours. I've got it playing over Skype while I go about my day job. Will it make anyone rich? No, but for folks who are just getting started, who don't have the money or the know-how yet to mine - even CPU mining - it's a start. A pretty terrible start if you ask me, your time would be better spent figuring out how to gather something other than dust. Same as a faucet, waste of time unless you are 12. In defence of faucets and other low paying coin give aways it is a good way to get started and to understand how the payment system works before you dive in there and invest lots of money.
