CGminer registers with the servers I specify, but does not start mining. What to do? Running quad-core core2, nvidia 7650GS GPU, registered with Eclipse and Triplemining. The 7650GS is made by Nvidia, though, so I guess OpenCL would not factor in. I'll give bitminter a shot.

You need the nVidia equivalent of OpenCL https://developer.nvidia.com/opencl but your GPU may be so old it doesn't have CUDA, 8000 range was the oldest I think that had it. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison Title: Re: CG-miner "No devices detected." If you are looking for a comparable alternative, you may want to take a look at BFGMiner (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=168174.0). My miner is a latest ASICMINER and uses costumed cgminer, version 4.3 or something. Same "no devices detected" but no idea why now. this is really trivial. Title: Re: CG-miner "No devices detected."
