In my opinion, it's very profitable. You can always make a profit if you sell the hashes away once you're done :)!

I want to know how cloud hashing would work, exactly. Do you set something up on a local machine and then clone it to a cloud server?
Or are there companies that have them already set up for you?

Is there a resource about this somewhere?

... and you paid 25 BTC for those 0.2 bitcoins a day. You are never going to break even.
