The water is about 100 meters from the house at the bottom of my property. The lake is full of Aussie Marron! The house is in the Perth Hills with the Beach about 45 minutes away.

That a cool house. Lots of space but he quality of materials is bow my standard. I like homes made of 200 pound bricks. 

If you count negative millions, then yes, absolutely. My net worth is ~-$2M.
