May I know what is a good way for me to start increasing my fan base for twitter and long term? @LazyLizardsFT As usual follow him/her retweet all his tweet and follow his/her circle of followers, and assure you to gain follower minimum of 100 followers in every two days, be active and follow back. Funny thing is the more I follow, the more unfollow me! But don't let this bother you, keep manually following. One more thing, Twitter has a maximum for daily number to follow :)

For that reason, I would suggest to take some time and develop genuine followers. Just take participation in hashtags and once your are involved more, you would obviously generate more followers.

Using a lot of hashtag like #followback #followforfollow will help you boost your followers, I also want to have a lot of followers on twitter and also in Instagram but I don't have any problem with Instagram because I'd already a lot of followers from there because also with my Facebook Friends.
