You can make a post once every minute but always doing it might get you banned. You can also decrease time interval by ranking up to higher ranks. You just need activity and merit in order to rank up(activity increases with post but the maximum number of activity that adds every 2 weeks is 14). You can search more about it in meta section. Once you get at least 15 points of activity, you will be able to post once every minute - which is more than enough, otherwise you will probably get banned for post bursting.

Just post 4 to 5 posts daily over a period of 14 days and your activity will increase. It is more about your daily return to this forum and your frequency of use, than the amount of posts you make.

But regulating your posting matters alot so you don't get banned.. Just avoid spamming, post quality contents and regulate your posting
