The escrow service would be given the cointerra login name and password. The password and shipping address can then be altered so that I can no longer access it along with the e-mail address. This can all be altered again by the buyer. I was going to just hold onto this, but I'll let the bids keep going.. What we do know is with difficulty trending up the way it is, if BTC pricing holds I'll stand to make $4K after an entire year, at which point it's no longer profitable to keep it running...
