If your rep is sufficient, and you are not using a purchased account, I will send 3/4 payment first, then upon reception of the gift, I will send the remainder. If you are not of sufficient rep, I am willing to send 1/4 payment first, and 3/4 upon reception. You can also use escrow and we will split the fee. I am also open to other payment arrangements.
