They initially responded to my support request about it and then went quiet. Starting to wonder about this. I only have a small amount (less than 1BTC) but I would like to transfer it back to my wallet!

Post by: Tasweb on November 26, 2013, 11:12:54 AM [UPDATE] Looks like they are having trouble keeping up with verification's. Their webpage has now changed and says it will take 10 business days. It used to say 5 business days.
