I used to smoke camel menthols, quit a month or two back. I'd always go for the buck off packs, so closer to $4.50 a pack.

Its 7$ for a pack of bugler but they only give about 40 cigarettes while I can get American Spirits RYO for 10$ and get about 60-70 cigarettes and they burn forever so one roll will be worth like 2 cigarettes for me.
