And the USD is just getting stronger and stronger, everyone is flying to safety, and according to all financial media (Bloomberg, CNBC etc) right now that is, you wont believe it, US treasury bonds and USD.

Guess who has the biggest printing press and isn't afraid to use it. 


The crazyness will continue until suddenly it doesn't, and that'll be even more scary.

I live in Canada, so I watch the price of oil and gold.

I'm sooo glad I don't play on the forex exchange any more.  I'd have a heart attack or be in some kind of fit.  These wild price fluctuations must be breaking everyone stop loss and I bet only the big players are the ones cleaning up all the margin calls.

Oil tanked like crazy, and I'm surprised to see that.  If you had oil, I pity you. The CAD is also down against the USD today from yesterday which is surprising because the CAD should be strong when the USD tanks.

All I can say is that I'm glad I'm not into it any more because I can't handle my stress level to fluctuate on a linear basis like the DOW.  

lol...imagine your EKG looking like the DOW just before you die...not a pleasant thought.

And outsiders question why our community are supporting Bitcoin.

Well for starters I guess its because our Bitcoin economy is at least understandable and is purely driven by supply and demand, and not witchcraft and sorcery that makes countries crumble in matter of days like the establish financial community.

Seriously, all these ups and downs on the marked sometime makes no sense to the individual. Its a ridiculous game and unpredictable unless you sit at the right table with the big bosses from the banks and the central banks. Its a joke!

People move your money into Bitcoin, at least there inst anyone controlling things from behind the scenes!

This is a joke right? Have you seen what happened to the price of bitcoins in the past few days?  I'm not saying don't invest but be very careful, especially with bitcoin.  There is a lot of speculation and at the slightest hint of bad news people sell like there is no tomorrow.  If you want to own bitcoins, you had better have a pretty high risk tolerance.

The greed and fear game is played in any economy. Bitcoin is no exception.

People are nervous these days so volatility is king.
