Title: btc38.com Chinese Exchange Post by: enuma on November 25, 2013, 01:53:37 PM No metions of this new exchange(btc38.com) on china it is hyping many alt coins such as xpm, ppc even new one like protoshare are highly pumped, is this legit? I´ve been tring to make an account at bt38 but its quite hard....
