Great find. Enjoy some merit, as this is a huge find.
There is no way that they would not be the same person, as it is very unlikely and highly stupid to use someone elses BTC addy for payments.

I hope that DT members find this ASAP and tag them, as sig campaign abusers such as this person take slots of people who only have one account and do have a higher post quality. Also at the same time they are breaking the rules of the campaign, which itself already disqualifies all payments as all campaigns i've seen seperately state that alt accounts may not enroll.

Nowadays people don't have right to change passwords and emails on their alt accounts  :D
Nice catch but I don't see where this topic is going or what do you want to accomplish with it.
This is for neutral trust in my opinion, as they are not cheating anything(at least not from what is presented in this topic).

Also, I'll give you a hint - be good investigator and do more research(eth address (https://etherscan.io/address/0x39953630977710B67dcd3A7663eeb8EF1eD68AAf#tokentxns) perhaps) for account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=996640) which changed pass and email I am sure you will find more alt accounts cheating bounty campaigns(UTRUST perhaps (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Z7vmnANbyyECG9dQG11m8lnlBvGvfLd5rVJcl_1OW6c/edit#gid=581688320))  ;)
