Since I'm only looking for bulk seller, 10K and up. The vanilla reload it will be too much (I think) and I won't trust money pak.
They do freeze your money. I have done so with someone not long ago.
I bought money pak about $7000 worth with cash for a guy who asked for it just like you and they froze it!
It took me weeks(after faxing them documentations etc) to get them to release it.

I have a small town bank, but could open an account at a larger bank. I would be interested in selling to you through Sayulita/BTCbrokers if you are interested.

What does that even mean  "Is he that short on sellers?"
I buy BTC from him, I don't think I mentioned anywhere that I sell to him...If you meant has he stopped selling to me because people are not giving him btc to sell anymore, then NO, he still has plenty to sell....and has always been 100% in all my deals with him.

His relationship with me has nothing to do with the main subject matter. I need BTC sellers with a good rate.
