i tried to search bu got confused ,so please if someone has experience with that exchange , post in this thread

Unknown exchange. I would not advise you to use it exchange, there are many better options, both centralized and decentralized

I doubt that exchange, you should avoid such exchanges. try to find a trusted and popular exchange, because otherwise it will impact on losing assets you have.

Dont use this up.I didnt even heard this exchange way before I dont know why people do still have the intention on trying up shady exchange if there are lots of reputable exchanges do exist on the market today like bittrex,binance and there are lots of them.Better to make use of those reputable ones than on trying out on new exchange where theres no feedback on that one.If you dont like to lose money then better skip this out.

I am using nlexch.com regulary since months and had no problems with deposits or withdrawals yet. The owner is responsive to support inquiries and listens to feedback.
 
Use the usual caution like not letting coins sit on an exchange longer than needed and do not take this as an endorsement by me, as usual DYOR!

thank you all for your reply , any suggestions for exchanges for new cryptocurrencies like dnote , leverj , etc.
