Hardest: mine them (investing into mining hardware is not likely to yield a positive ROI nowadays, so just forget it). A little easier: mine alt coins and exchange them into bitcoins - this only works if you're lucky and you know what you're doing, so forget it as well... Easiest: buy them (at localbitcoins, for example). Even better: provide some service or sell goods for bitcoins. Be careful not to be scammed, and if you want to do this regularly, build a reputation by being really good... If you're in Europe this is a good option in my opinion, their support is also very good, reply's always within 24 hours. From what I have read and understood on my little time on this forum is: don't buy at Mt. Gox, I've read a lot of negative comments about them.
