(i.e. PPCoin, Zetacoin, etc.) You determine which coin based on your miner's config (software). The hardware don't care.

Yes. Definitely. In the past as well. SHA256 is SHA256. I've mined SHA256 with Block Erupters, Blades, Jalapeno, BlueFurys. People are pointing all of their old asics there.

Post by: Morbid on November 26, 2013, 05:57:44 PM my friend received 2 little singles and dont know what to do. he just paid $500 worth for import duty and is well into minus. we want to decide what will be more profitable. throw them on ebay or mine alts.. its highly likely that some alts will become quite valuable in years to come following bitcoin mass adoption.
