Title: Re: CPU test mining Post by: Trongersoll on November 26, 2013, 07:23:46 PM as far as i know, there aren't any cpu mining programs any more. There may be some old ones out there somewhere.
Title: Re: CPU test mining Post by: Dealazer on November 26, 2013, 09:44:44 PM Pooler Cpuminer is quite an effort to run and it mines at 30Khash at i-7 3.3ghz
But as I know further some folks need to compile bfgminer with enabled cpu for it to give higher amount, as I know there are no support given in this field with cpumining. So many of us would really like faster cpumining with bfgminer, but as far as I know pooler-cpuminer is the best out there still. To have it run on all 8 cores just use this batch: -q makes it quiet as for showing only accepted and staled shares. Code: minerd --url=stratum+tcp://poolhost.com:port --userpass=username:password --threads=8 -q Title: Re: CPU test mining Post by: railzand on November 26, 2013, 09:51:04 PM bitminter client

I tried this before. It seems to be too much of a scam, and I never got a single satoshi. I gave up on this and just went to GPU mining(albeit on a really junky laptop). |
