Pretty neat idea for some but it is just not for me. It seems the major hurdle would be customers at where I work calling us up some day and asking why our DNS servers cannot seem to resolve .bit domain names. I just do not see that ever happening. What will happen is a niche amount of users will simply have a plugin for a web browser or what not and they will be happy. But any site worth going to via .bit.. you can bet your last dollar it will also have a normal domain name too. |
