Hello Prestigious Bitcoin Community,

I AM HAVING PROBLEM OF WITHDRAWING BTC FROM DICECOIN.IO
I have placed a withdrawal request for more than 24 hours now from my account with DICECOIN.IO it has not been paid out,still showing"PENDING MANUAL REVIEW"
Please can anybody tell me what the problem is and when is it likely to be paid out?
IS THERE ANY HOPE OF GETTING PAID?

The Dicecoin bitcointalk account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=249157) hasn't logged in once in almost 2 years. Did you do any research before finding this website or you just blindly started betting on there?

If you did research and the website has a good reputation, then a pending manual review could be normal and if there is nothing wrong with your account, you will get most likely paid. But if the owner is inactive and the service looks dead, there is a chance your coins are gone.

I'm wondering why do you play at dicecoin while there are many other better places to play dice game? As I know they are affiliated with cryptogames.io as I caught them promoting both sites with 1 bitcointalk account long time ago.
Crytogames.io last active was on February, probably you may try to contact them although they did not admit that they are affiliated to each other but promoting two sites with 1 bitcointalk account seems to be fishy.

I really thought ask for checking with the support with the e-mail services mate. I do not find the best resolution on their site as well. You have done the wrong move for choosing the dice game gambling site.
Next time you can go with the bustadice or bitdice. As I know these two were having the market people playing everyday.

Was supposed to say the same thing which as a sensible person we should always took into consideration on making up some research first before deciding on making any deposits into any sites online.Just been mentioned the forum account of dicecoin is inactive for 2 years then most likely this site is already dead and expect for your withdrawal request to be pending for ever.

I went on Google and tried to find anything in regards to Dicecoin in the last year, and I found this (https://www.bestbitcoindice.com/review/dicecoin/) review stating that it can take up to 48 hours for some withdrawals to be processed based on balance. I don't know how accurate this review was, but I doubt the site is truly dead (why pay for site hosting if you're not operating anymore?), and Dicecoin doesn't seem to be a scam site (they don't seem to have any negative trust on their Bitcointalk account). Most likely the site's just operating slower now that there's less traffic or something of the sort. I'd give it another 24 hours and then trying to contact Dicecoin's support email or Cryptogames' support.

There is definitely a hope if they are still active. That is unconfirmed at the moment.

There hasn't been any replies on the Dicecoin main thread since December last year, and the owners are somewhat AWOL right now. No updates on their facebook page for nearly 2 years now as well. Although, the footer on the site has been updated to reflect 2018, which could potentially be a good sign.

The problem is most likely that your withdrawal amount was bigger than the limits aforementioned, and needs a manual check. Or it could just be that withdrawals are just processed manually now. It's a stick situation, though. I would suggest waiting the 48h as suggested, hope for the best, and email support. Please do your research next time before you actually deposit coins to any site.

I have placed this withdrawal request now for more than 48 hours from my account with DICECOIN.IO it has not been paid out,still showing"PENDING MANUAL REVIEW"and according to their terms of service regarding "HUGE WITHDRAWAL"above 4BTC which can take up to 48 hours should not affect me because my withdrawal is less than 4BTC which according to their terms of service is automatically paid out.

So sad to know up thats still pending as we have said earlier on most people do said here those indications above might really be the current situation of the site which you would really be potentially wont get those funds back due to owner or the site itself doesnt really have any updates where it means theres no chance for it to be confirmed or withdrawn. You shouldnt expect too much for it to go though because it would really just give you stress as the day goes by.

Yep, I checked their terms and conditions and it does seem like that they only say that there is a manual review needed for big withdrawals of the size 4 BTC or more. So if your withdrawal is below that, there is no reason for them to be holding it.

And even if they were manually reviewing it, it's been more than 48h. They should be finished by now.

The main problem is that the owners is most likely inactive. We don't know if the site is even active at this point. Should have really checked that before you deposited, there is a ton of previously active but now dormant sites still online at the moment.

You just have to wait and hope that the admin will come back and see your withdrawal is still pending. That's all you can do.
