I guess I can't complain too much given the Bitcoin price has gone up, although I am very concerned that my coin is forever gone. I have sent them multiple support tickets and have received no response. Very frustrated. Anyways, completely useless response, he/she is asking for my account details, withdrawal time/amount, etc, half of which I provided in my original email and the other half which they can look up in less than 10seconds. More stall tactics by Gox, *slow clap* Now they'll claim how great their support is, even managed to get back to me after 48hrs! Woohoo for Gox.... not! Anyone else have horror stories to share? Anger enjoys company :) |
